淮安装修时间规定
一、装修许可证办理
装修面积超过50平方米的，须向淮安市住房和城乡建设局申请装修许可证。
申请需提交《装修许可证申请表》、《房屋产权证明》、《装修设计方案》等材料。
办理时间：自受理之日起5个工作日内。
二、装修时间规定
装修时间为上午8:00至下午6:00，不得在法定节假日及公休日装修。
装修期间噪音控制标准：白天60分贝，夜间50分贝。
禁止使用高噪音设备，如冲击钻、电锤等。
三、装修竣工验收
装修完成后，装修单位应向业主提交《装修竣工验收报告》。
业主收到《装修竣工验收报告》后，可向淮安市住房和城乡建设局申请竣工验收。
验收合格后，业主可领取《装修竣工备案证明》。
四、违法装修处罚
未经许可擅自装修的，责令停止装修，并处以1000元以上3000元以下罚款。
违反装修时间规定的，责令停止装修，并处以200元以上500元以下罚款。
违反噪音控制标准的，责令停止装修，并处以500元以上1000元以下罚款。
